This website from the Bureau of Epidemiology contains data for all reportable diseases. Data can be grouped by year, gender, age, county and diagnosis status. These reports require Internet Explorer 11.0 using Compatibility View. Download Internet Explorer 11.0, then select Tools from the menu bar and select Compatibility View from the dropdown list.

Florida Morbidity Statistics ReportLink opens in new window
Data on selected reportable diseases are published at the end of the year in the Florida Annual Morbidity Statistics Report. These reports contain the official statistics, in tabular and graphic form, for the reported occurrence of notifiable infections diseases in Florida. Unless otherwise noted, the data are final totals for the corresponding year.

This site provides detailed statistics for gonorrhea, chlamyida, and syphilils. Data can be grouped by county, year, age and sex.
