Instructions for Viewing Reports

Viewing

How do I sort data in columns?
Simply click one of the column headers that is a link and the column will be sorted in ASCENDING order (Low to High). Click the same link again and the column will be sorted in DESCENDING order (High to Low). A highlighted column header indicates which column is currently sorted.

Printing

How do I print the report?
To obtain a printer-friendly version of the report, click on the link titled "Print". After the new window opens, click on the printer icon in the upper left-hand corner.

Exporting

How do I export the data in the report to Microsoft Excel or Word?

To export you have two options:

Option 1:
When the report first comes up, click on Edit>Select All and then on Edit>Copy in the Internet Explorer menu. Then open MS Excel or Word and choose Edit>Paste from the menu at the top of the screen.

Option 2:
Click on the link titled "Export to MS Excel". This will cause a new window to open with the data in the new format. NOTE: You must have MS Excel on your computer for this option to work.

Problem: Window not opening

If you press the "Display Report" button and nothing happens, you may have to adjust your browser's security settings. To do this, follow these instructions.
1. Click on Tools>Internet Options
2. Click the "Security Tab"
3. Click "Custom Level"
4. Scroll down to "Scripting" and select "Enable" under "Active Scripting"
5. Click "OK" and then "OK" again.
